Monitor: No prob, boss.
Computer: OK, now it looks like Mouse is moving around so, Monitor, will you move the pointer icon accordingly?
Monitor: Anything you ask, boss.
Computer: Great, great. OK, Mouse, where are you going now?
Mouse: Over to the icon panel, sir.
Computer: Hmm, Let me know if he clicks anything, OK?
Mouse: Of course.
Keyboard: Sir, he's pressed control and P simultaneously.
Monitor: Oh God, here we go.
Computer: *sighs* Printer, are you there?
Printer: No.
Computer: Please, Printer. I know you're there.
Printer: NO! I'm not here! Leave me alone!
Computer: Jesus. OK look, you really ne...
Mouse: Sir, he's clicked on the printer icon.
Computer: Printer, now you have to print it twice.
Printer: NO! NO! NO! I don't want to! I hate you! I hate printing! I'm turning off!
Computer: Printer, you know you can't turn yourself off. Just print the document twice and we'll leave you alone.
Printer: NO! That's what you always say! I hate you! I'm out of ink!

Computer: *Sighs* Monitor, please show a low ink level alert.

Printer: HA! that's what you get for trying to get me to do work. Next time he...hey...HEY! He's trying to open me! HELP! HELP! Oh my god! He's torn out my cartridge! HELP! Please! ERROR!

kegagalan,.. salah siapa ?
hmm,.. tiap orang pernah mengalami kegagalan,..
selain dari gagal ginjal, biasanya masih bisa diperbaiki,..
tapi, apa yang bikin gagal ? kurang perencanaan ? salah dalam pelaksanaan ? atau apa ?
siapa yang salah ? pemimpinnya ? anak buahnya ? kesalahan kolektif yang tidak disengaja ? atau salah keadaan ? apapun salahnya,.. minumnya teh botol sosro,.. hehehe (iklan nh,, sengaja...)
menyalahkan orang lain memang gampang, kalo pimpinan, tinggal memaki2 anak buah,
"gak becus lu pada !"
"gitu aja gak bisa !!"
"lu kerja apa maen2 sih ?? "
"masa harus gw yang ngerjain ? lu makan gaji buta doang ??? "
dan lain-lain sebagainya,..
kalo kata gw yang bijak, kesalahan dan kegagalan suatu organisasi, pasti dilihat dari pimpinannya dulu,..
kemampuan manajemen nya mungkin belum begitu bagus, jadi banyak kesalahan yang gak perlu, mulai dari masalah komunikasi top down, pendelegasian tugas, job description, sampe ke memotivasi anak buah. kesalahan kaki melangkah, pasti karena salah otaknya dalam mikir,...
masa kalo kaki kesandung yang disalahin mata kaki ??
jadi, kalo tahun 2009 dan januari 2010 gak sesuai target, yang bego tuh sapa ?
ya direkturnya lah,.. masih perlu belajar banyak tentang organisasi manajemen, kepemimpinan, dan juga tentang perencanaan. biar gak off target mulu,..
tapi emang gak gampang sih,.. apalagi banyak faktor personal yang ikut mempengaruhi,..
ah, sudahlah,..
bulan berikutnya harus lebih baik lagi,..
kegagalan bukan keberhasilan yang tertunda, tapi kurang pinter dalam berbagai hal,..
jadi harus belajar lagi,.. jangan sombong, dan gak boleh males,..
ini resolusi gw tahun 2010,..
harus bisa jadi contoh yang baik, lebih pinter ngatur waktu dan orang, serta, lebih banyak belajar !

ketikan menjelang tidur
udah 3 hari gak bisa tidur sebelum ayam berkokok,... parah,.. padahal banyak yang harus dikerjakan pagi2,.. jadi kesel sama diri sendiri,.. kok bisa ya gw aneh gini ? hmmm,...
ada yang bilang, senyum itu menular,.. kalo bad mood ? menular juga gak ya ? kayaknya iya juga,..
sepertinya di sekitar gw banyak orang yang lagi bingung, kesel, marah, dan ngambek,..
kalo kata peramal yang bernama "aurelita" aura di studio agri fm lagi gak sehat,..
hmmm,.. bisa jadi juga,.. semua jadi serba suram,.. gampang tersinggung, cepet bingung,.. padahal masing2 udah pegangan,.. (minimal pegang pinsil lah...)

kalo lagi bingung gini, jangan saling menularkan ya,..
mending saling senyum,.. banyak2 beramal, sedekah, saling ngingetin,..
